Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 200g Llaeth y Llan Natural yogurt
- 1 lemon
- 50g wild garlic
- 1tbsp chives
- Sea salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Cut a whole cucumber lengthwise
- Remove the seeds with a teaspoon
- Grate the whole cucumber and add a pinch of salt.
- Put the cucumber in a sieve allowing the salt to extract the water (about an hour)
- Add ½ a 450g pot of Llaeth y Llan Natural Yogurt and mix.
- Add lemon zest
- Next, stir in the wild garlic and add chives
