Creamy, coffee-infused, and packed with goodness, this Tiramisu Chia Pudding is the perfect high-protein twist on a classic dessert. Made with our Llaeth Y Llan Natural & Vanilla Kefir Yogurts, chia seeds, and a hint of cocoa, it’s an easy make-ahead breakfast or snack that tastes indulgent while keeping things light and nourishing.
Ingredients
- 10g Chia Seeds
- Black Coffee
- 100ml Natural Kefir
- 30g Vanilla Protein (optional)
- 2tsp Kefir Vanilla
- Cocoa Powder
Instructions
- Add the Chia Seeds into a container and pour over the coffee before stirring. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Add in the Natural Kefir and protein powder if using, mix well.
- Place in the fridge for 2 hrs or overnight.
- Add a layer of Kefir Vanilla Yogurt on top.
- Add a light dusting of cocoa powder
