Vanilla Cheesecake

Try this mouth-watering Strawberry Cheesecake recipe.

  1. 300g Reduced Sugar Digestive Biscuits
  2. 75g Unsalted Butter
  3. 100g Sweetener
  4. 250g Fresh Strawberries to decorate
  5. 490g Llaeth Y Llan Natural Fat Free Yogurt
  6. 240g Cream Cheese
  7. 2 Eggs
  8. 135g sweetener
  9. 30g flour
  10. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C/350°F.
  2. Crush the digestive biscuits in a bag with a rolling pin, then mix with melted butter and sweetener to make the base. Press into a 20cm springform tin and chill for 30 mins.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the Llaeth Y Llan natural fat free yogurt, cream cheese, eggs, sweetener ,flour and vanilla essence until smooth.
  4. Pour over the biscuit base.
  5. Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  6. Allow to cool, then chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving.
  7. Decorate with strawberries
