1 x 450g Llaeth Y Llan Toffee Yogurt Pot

100g White Chocolate

100g Milk Chocolate

50g Pistachio Nuts


  1. Add 450g toffee yogurt to a mixing bowl.
  2. Melt the white chocolate and pour it into the toffee yogurt, stirring at the same time.
  3. De-shell the pistachio nuts and roughly crush these, then add these to the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture onto a flat tray lined with baking paper.
  5. Grated the milk chocolate over the top of the mixture.
  6. Freeze this for 2 to 3 hours.
  7. Once frozen, cut into pieces and serve.
