Smoked Salmon Pate

Salmon pate is a rich and creamy spread that is perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying as a special treat and can be served with crackers, bread, or vegetables.


  • 8 oz cooked salmon, skin and bones removed.
  • 4 oz Llaeth y Llan Natural Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill.
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Crackers or sliced baguette for serving.


  1. Cook the fresh salmon and leave to cool (or use hot smoked salmon).
  2. Mix the cream cheese with yogurt and chopped dill and season with black pepper.
  3. Add chopped smoked salmon and flake in the cold salmon.
  4. Stir and serve.
