300g Llaeth Y Llan Natural Kefir

300g Self Raising Flour

Pinch of Salt (Optional)

2 tbsp Milk

Sesame Seeds (Optional)
Instructions

Mix together the flour, salt and the kefir in a large bowl. Once incorporated knead gently on a flat surface. Cut into 4 sections.

Shape the dough into balls and make a hole in the middle!

Preheat your air fryer to 170oC for a few minutes.

Add the milk to the remainder of the kefir and brush over the bagels. Sprinkle on the optional sesame seeds.

Bake in the air fryer for approximately 15 minutes.
