Raspberry Trifle

Our thick and creamy Raspberry yogurt made with whole Welsh cows’ milk combined with the fresh taste and flavour of ripe raspberries is perfect to enjoy on its own or as an ingredient in smoothies, desserts and overnight oats.

Try our delicious raspberry trifle as a special treat.


  • 450g Llaeth y Llan raspberry yogurt
  • 50ml brandy/sherry (optional)
  • 200g raspberries
  • 300ml double cream
  • 1 madeira cake
  • 50g fresh raspberries for decoration
  • fresh mint to garnish


  1. Cut the madeira cake into squares and place 1/3 in the bottom of a glass bowl.
  2. Add brandy or sherry (optional)
  3. Cover with raspberries then cover with the Llaeth y Llan raspberry yogurt.
  4. Repeat this process a further 2 times to create layers.
  5. Whip the cream to stiff peaks, add vanilla essence.
  6. Cover the trifle with whipped cream.
  7. Decorate the top with raspberries, finishing off with some mint to garnish.
