Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites


  • ¼ Cup Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cup Greek Style Yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • ½ cup Rolled Oats
  • ¼ cup Almond Flour
  • ¼ cup Flaxseed
  • Chocolate Chips


  1. Combine peanut butter, Greek yogurt and honey in a bowl. Stir with a spoon until smooth.
  2. Add the oats, almond flour, flaxseed and chocolate chips and stir these in until well mixed.
  3. Scoop up about 1 tbsp of the mixture with a spoon or small cookie scoop and roll lightly into a ball with your hands. Place these into an airtight container and refrigerate for an hour before serving.
