This is a full-flavored, hearty quiche that’s so good it’s perfect for the Christmas table. If you’re thinking it looks good, wait until you taste it!
Ingredients
- 500g Ready to Roll Shortcrust Pastry
- 6 eggs
- 1 x 450g pot LYL Greek Style Natural Yogurt
- 200g smoked salmon, cut into small pieces .
- 100g grated gruyere cheese .
- Finely chopped dill.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180C/160C Fan/ Gas Mark 4.
- Roll out the pastry and cover a 9” quiche tin, bake for 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- Mix the eggs and natural yogurt and season.
- Place a layer smoked salmon on the pastry base
- Top with grated cheese
- Pour over the egg mixture.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Decorate with finely chopped dill.
