Festive Smoked Salmon Quiche

This is a full-flavored, hearty quiche that’s so good it’s perfect for the Christmas table. If you’re thinking it looks good, wait until you taste it!


  • 500g Ready to Roll Shortcrust Pastry
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 x 450g pot LYL Greek Style Natural Yogurt
  • 200g smoked salmon, cut into small pieces .
  • 100g grated gruyere cheese .
  • Finely chopped dill.


  1. Preheat oven to 180C/160C Fan/ Gas Mark 4.
  2. Roll out the pastry and cover a 9” quiche tin, bake for 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  3. Mix the eggs and natural yogurt and season.
  4. Place a layer smoked salmon on the pastry base
  5. Top with grated cheese
  6. Pour over the egg mixture.
  7. Cook for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Decorate with finely chopped dill.
