Easter Breakfast Lollies

Happy easter everyone! Treat yourself to these egg-cellent easter lollies. They’re the perfect snack for all the family.


  • 18 x ¼-cup egg moulds.
  • 250g Llaeth y Llan strawberry yogurt
  • 8 fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled and chopped.
  • 40g blueberries
  • 250g Llaeth y Llan Natural/ Coconut yogurt
  • 250g Raspberry Llaeth y Llan yogurt
  • 1 ripe yellow peach or nectarine, chopped.
  • 1 small banana, chopped.
  • 100g muesli or granola


  1. In a bowl, combine strawberry yogurt and strawberries.
  2. Chop some of the blueberries in half and leave some whole. In a separate bowl, combine blueberries with Natural or Coconut.
  3. In a third bowl, combine raspberry yogurt with peach and banana.
  4. Spoon the yogurt mixtures into Easter egg moulds. Sprinkle muesli or granola over the top of some of the yogurt or mix some through while spooning yogurt into moulds. Tap moulds gently to remove air bubbles. Insert small lollies sticks into each one. Place in the freezer overnight, or until the lollies are firm.
  5. Remove the Easter egg lollies and serve immediately.
