Coconut and Blueberry Frozen Yogurt Lolly

Cool off and tantalize your taste buds with the ultimate summer treat – Blueberry Coconut Frozen Yogurt Popsicles! Bursting with the goodness of luscious frozen blueberries and creamy Llaeth y Llan Coconut yogurt, these refreshing popsicles will transport you to a tropical paradise. Prepare for a delightful combination of fruity sweetness and velvety smoothness that will have you reaching for seconds (and maybe even thirds)!


  • 36g frozen blueberries plus extra for adding to the ice lolly
  •  245g Llaeth y Llan Coconut yogurt
  • 8 small Llaeth y Llan yogurt pots


  1. Place ½ cup blueberries or 36g to a blender with 1 teaspoon water and blend until smooth. Set aside.
  2. To a bowl, add Llaeth y Llan Coconut yogurt and the pureed blueberries. Use 2 toothpicks to swirl.
  3. Add 2 whole blueberries to the bottom of the ice lolly moulds or Llaeth y Llan yogurt pots and fill 1/3 with yogurt mix, add 2 more blueberries and top with more yogurt mix. Fill 8 moulds, add sticks and freeze for 8 hours, or overnight.
  4. Remove and enjoy!
