A real treat for festive occasions, the Brie & Cranberry quiche is bursting with flavour.
Ingredients
- 500g Ready to Roll Shortcrust Pastry
- 6 eggs
- 1 x 450g pot LYL Greek Style Natural Yogurt
- 100g sliced brie
- 3 – 4 tablespoons cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180C/160C Fan/ Gas Mark 4.
- Roll out the pastry and cover a 9” quiche tin, bake for 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- Mix the eggs and natural yogurt and season.
- Spoon a layer of cranberry sauce over the pastry base
- Cover with slices of brie.
- Pour over the egg mixture.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
