Christmas Brie & Cranberry Quiche

A real treat for festive occasions, the Brie & Cranberry quiche is bursting with flavour.


  • 500g Ready to Roll Shortcrust Pastry
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 x 450g pot LYL Greek Style Natural Yogurt
  • 100g sliced brie
  • 3 – 4 tablespoons cranberry sauce


  1. Preheat oven to 180C/160C Fan/ Gas Mark 4.
  2. Roll out the pastry and cover a 9” quiche tin, bake for 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  3. Mix the eggs and natural yogurt and season.
  4. Spoon a layer of cranberry sauce over the pastry base
  5. Cover with slices of brie.
  6. Pour over the egg mixture.
  7. Cook for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
