With the holidays in full swing, a boozy-themed dessert is a must-have. This Boozy Christmas Trifle will be a hit at all of your parties this season!
Ingredients
- 1 x 450g Llaeth Y Llan Natural Yogurt
- 185g Madeira Cake
- Jar of Cherries in Kirsch
- 500g Custard
- 2 tbsp Icing Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 3 tbsp Brandy
Instructions
- Put a layer of Madeira cake in a trifle dish.
- Top with fruit in liqueur.
- Pour over custard and smooth.
- Whisk together LYL Natural Yogurt, icing sugar, vanilla, and brandy.
- Spread the custard layer and put this in the fridge to chill.
- To serve, decorate with festive sprinkles.
