Boozy Christmas Trifle

With the holidays in full swing, a boozy-themed dessert is a must-have. This Boozy Christmas Trifle will be a hit at all of your parties this season!


  • 1 x 450g Llaeth Y Llan Natural Yogurt
  • 185g Madeira Cake
  • Jar of Cherries in Kirsch
  • 500g Custard
  • 2 tbsp Icing Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 3 tbsp Brandy


  1. Put a layer of Madeira cake in a trifle dish.
  2. Top with fruit in liqueur.
  3. Pour over custard and smooth.
  4. Whisk together LYL Natural Yogurt, icing sugar, vanilla, and brandy.
  5. Spread the custard layer and put this in the fridge to chill.
  6. To serve, decorate with festive sprinkles.
