Ingredients
- ¼ Cup Peanut Butter
- ¼ cup Greek Style Yogurt
- 3 tbsp Honey
- ½ cup Rolled Oats
- ¼ cup Almond Flour
- ¼ cup Flaxseed
- Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Combine peanut butter, Greek yogurt and honey in a bowl. Stir with a spoon until smooth.
- Add the oats, almond flour, flaxseed and chocolate chips and stir these in until well mixed.
- Scoop up about 1 tbsp of the mixture with a spoon or small cookie scoop and roll lightly into a ball with your hands. Place these into an airtight container and refrigerate for an hour before serving.
