Tiramisu Chia Pudding

Creamy, coffee-infused, and packed with goodness, this Tiramisu Chia Pudding is the perfect high-protein twist on a classic dessert. Made with our Llaeth Y Llan Natural & Vanilla Kefir Yogurts, chia seeds, and a hint of cocoa, it’s an easy make-ahead breakfast or snack that tastes indulgent while keeping things light and nourishing.

Ingredients

  • 10g Chia Seeds
  • Black Coffee
  • 100ml Natural Kefir
  • 30g Vanilla Protein (optional)
  • 2tsp Kefir Vanilla
  • Cocoa Powder

Instructions

  1. Add the Chia Seeds into a container and pour over the coffee before stirring. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  2. Add in the Natural Kefir and protein powder if using, mix well.
  3. Place in the fridge for 2 hrs or overnight.
  4. Add a layer of Kefir Vanilla Yogurt on top.
  5. Add a light dusting of cocoa powder
