Wild Garlic Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 200g Llaeth y Llan Natural yogurt
  • 1 lemon
  • 50g wild garlic
  • 1tbsp chives
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut a whole cucumber lengthwise
  2. Remove the seeds with a teaspoon
  3. Grate the whole cucumber and add a pinch of salt.
  4. Put the cucumber in a sieve allowing the salt to extract the water (about an hour)
  5. Add ½ a 450g pot of Llaeth y Llan Natural Yogurt and mix.
  6. Add lemon zest
  7. Next, stir in the wild garlic and add chives
