Easter Carrot Patch Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 225g Milk Chocolate
  • 450g Llaeth Y Llan Natural Yogurt
  • Strawberries
  • 200g White Chocolate Chips
  • Orange Food Colour
  • Chocolate Oreos

Instructions

  1. Place chopped the white chocolate in a microwave-safe container. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted. Once melted stir in the orange food colouring.
  2. Dip the strawberries in the white chocolate – holding by the green stalk.
  3. Place chopped milk chocolate in a microwave-safe container. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted.
  4. Add yoghurt to a medium bowl and pour the melted chocolate over the yoghurt. Whisk for a full minute.
  5. Place Oreos into a sandwich bag and use a rolling pin to crush the biscuits into small pieces
  6. Fill 4 small jars or bowls and fill up to half way with the chocolate mousse, add some oreo crumb, and fill the remainder of the jar with the chocolate mousse. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to thicken before serving.
  7. Top with oreo crumb and the orange dipped strawberries.
