Creamy Greek Salad Wraps

Wrapped up and ready to go – this creamy Greek salad wrap is both delicious and convenient. Perfect for those who are always on the go!

Ingredients

Tzatziki Sauce

  • 1 x 125g Llaeth y Llan Natural Yogurt
  • 1 Cucumber (peeked and grated)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Garlic Clove (minced)
  • Fresh Dill

Wraps

  • 1 Cucumber (peeled & diced)
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper (diced)
  • Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
  • Red Onion (peeled & thinly sliced)
  • Feta Cheese (crumbled)
  • Kalamata Olives (coarsely chopped)
  • Lettuce (if desired)
  • 4 Large Tortilla Wraps
  • (optional) – Diced Chicken Breasts

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients for the sauce to a bowl and stir together until well-mixed. Once done, place this into an airtight container and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the flavours to meld.
  2. In another large bowl, gently toss together the cucumbers, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, onions, and olives. Then stir in the feta and Tzatziki sauce.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and line the middle with a few lettuce leaves. Then add some of the Greek salad filling to the middle. If using Chicken Breast, add this on top of the filling too.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly and tuck in the ends. Then slice in half and serve.
