It’s the most romantic time of the year! You only need 2 ingredients to make these tasty Valentines treats. Make them with love and share them with someone special.
Ingredients
- 450g Llaeth y Llan Natural yogurt
- 18g Freeze dried or fresh raspberries.
Instructions
- Place 450g of Llaeth y Llan Natural yogurt into a small mixing bowl.
- Tip in the freeze-dried raspberries or chopped fresh raspberries and mix well with a spoon.
- Using a teaspoon transfer to a silicone heart shaped mould. Use the back of the spoon to gently push it down to try to avoid any air holes.
- Freeze for 3-4 hours or until frozen solid.
- Carefully remove from the mould and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
