Celebrate the season with Clementine’s Christmas Trifle. Not only does it taste as good as it looks, but it will also become the crowning glory on your Christmas table.
Ingredients
- 185g Madeira Cake
- 500g Custard
- 450g LYL Natural Greek Style Yogurt
- 2 tablespoons icing sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- 4 tablespoons brandy or sherry
- 4 Clementines , sliced
- 4 Amaretti biscuits
Instructions
- Put a layer of madeira cake in a trifle dish and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of brandy.
- Top with a layer of sliced clementines .
- Pour over custard and smooth .
- Whisk together LYL Natural Greek Style yogurt , icing sugar, vanilla, and brandy to soft peaks.
- Spoon over the custard layer and chill.
- To serve, decorate with crushed amaretti biscuits .
