Ingredients
- 600ml Chocolate Custard
- 400g Chocolate Brownies
- 3 Tablespoons Espresso Coffee + 1 tablespoon Baileys
- 100ml Baileys
- 120g Maltesers
- 2 tablespoons icing sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
Instructions
- Put a layer of brownies in a trifle dish and drizzle with espresso coffee.
- Gently smash Maltesers and add a layer onto the brownie base.
- Spoon over chocolate custard.
- Whisk together LYL Natural Greek Style yogurt, icing sugar, and vanilla to soft peaks.
- Spoon over the custard layer and chill.
- To serve, decorate with remaining Maltesers.
