Ingredients
Cinnamon Apples
- 3 x Apples (peeled and chopped)
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 4 tbsp Light Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- Dash of Nutmeg
Cinnamon Greek Yogurt
- 200g Llaeth Y Llan Fat Free Natural Greek Style Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Pouring Sauce
- 200g Llaeth Y Llan Toffee Yogurt
Cookie Crumb
- 60g Biscuit Crumb (Biscoff or Ginger Nut)
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the apples with the sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juice. Microwave for 2 and a half minutes or until the apples are tender. Set aside to cool.
- In a small bowl, mix the natural yogurt, honey and cinnamon together. Set this aside.
- Put the biscuits in a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
- Layer the parfaits, starting with 2 tbsps of the yogurt mixture, then a layer of the apple mixture, drizzle some of the toffee yogurt on top of this, then sprinkle with the biscuit crumbs. Repeat this until you have enough to serve.
- Serve immediately or loosely cover and chill until ready to serve.
