Zip World Penrhyn Quarry is the location of the fastest zip wire in the world, Velocity 2! It’s 1555 metres long (that’s almost a MILE) and the absolute fastest people can reach is 120mph, but the average is 100mph.
Zip Safari – Featuring 21 zip lines and 17 additional elements that include rope bridges, netting, balance boards – even a treetop surfboard, this adventure takes up to 3 hours and is a great team building activity or adventure to enjoy on as a group.
Fforest Coaster – A toboggan style roller coaster on the edge of Snowdonia, it’s located particularly close to the ground so you get an incredible sense of speed, reaching up to 25 mph. Not just an adventure for thrill-seekers, however, you can control the brakes, meaning you can go as fast (or as slow) as you dare!
Phoenix Ride – Containing two incredible zip lines, Phoenix is a record-breaker, being the fastest seated zip line in the world, and Zip World’s steepest. You’ll travel at speeds up to 70 mph and with four lines situated side by side, can race friends and family to be the fastest.
